If a product is found defective upon receipt, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you. Simply call us at +357 24 322811 or email us at orders@pharmafy.com.cy. A product is considered defective if it arrives damaged or has a significant discrepancy from the description provided. For non-defective products, we accept returns under specific conditions. These conditions are designed to ensure the product is in its original condition and the return process is smooth. The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The packaging is intact, and the product remains unopened and unused in its original condition. (In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.) Returns of non-defective refrigerated items, baby foods, and milk are not allowed. The original order receipt must accompany the product. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but not delivered, you have the right to do so. Once the courier company returns the undelivered package, the order value will be credited to your account within 3-7 working days, provided we have received the corresponding amount from the bank. Pharmafy is not responsible for delays in order execution (including delivery) due to reasons beyond our control or due to force majeure.
