Riboflavin supports the activity of the thyroid gland, participates in the production of red blood cells, enhances energy metabolism. It plays an important role in tissue repair and promotes good vision. It is also involved in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins, helping digestion. Taking vitamin B2 can reduce the pain of headaches or migraines.

 

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day with water.
