Application

With the flat side of the trowel apply the adhesive to the substrate, pressing firmly to work into surface. Comb on additional adhesive with the notched side. Use the proper sized notched trowel to insure full bedding of the tile.

Spread as much adhesive as can be covered with tiles in 25-30 minutes. Place tiles into wet, sticky adhesive and beat in using a beating block and rubber mallet to imbed tiles and adjust level. If mortar is skinned over (not sticky), remove and replace with fresh mortar.

Substrates Preparation

All surfaces must be flat, structurally sound, free from dust, oil, grease and any other loose or contaminating materials.
To avoid immediate absorption of mix water by the substrate and for better adhesion saturate the surface to provide a saturated surface dry condition.
Preparing the mix- Application

Pour the material to a bucket of clean water mixing constantly with a low speed (400 rpm) electric mixer until a creamy consistency is achieved. Allow mixture settle for 5 minutes and remix prior the application. Attention! Additional water will make your mixture sloppy and may cause negative results on final strength
