It is most often used for inhalations for problems with the respiratory system. It is used very carefully for aromatherapy because its overdose can cause nausea and convulsions. Helps with insomnia. Painkiller. Helps with injuries, muscle aches.
Aromatherapy
Antidepressant. Stimulates the mind, consciousness, concentration and spirit.
Method of use and dosage
Dilute 1:20 in base oil for use on the body or 1:40 for use on the face.
Contraindications
Use with caution by persons with allergies or intolerance to the oil. Camphor oil is very strong and should be used in very small doses and with extreme caution. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY!
