Return Policy

You may return your product(s) within an inclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns must be requested by email to Spatium Trading Ltd. at admin@spatium.com.cy. Please quote your order number. Items may only be returned, and at your own expense, if they are unopened, unused, and with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact and unopened. The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed. If a returned item is found to be opened, used, or damaged you will be contacted by Spatium Trading by email.
