If you buy a returnable product, you have the right to return it within 14 days.

Products that are not returnable will be clearly marked as " Not returnable" on the product details page.

Yes, you can select which products you would like to return from your order.

Your refund will be issued back to the original credit/debit card used for the order payment. The refunded amount will appear as a credit on your card statement.

The seller will proceed with the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after they receive your return. They will use the same payment method you used for the specific transaction. You will not incur any fees for the Refund.

The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed the seller about your decision to return it.

The Return button may not be available due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your order has not been marked as received yet.
2. The products in your order are not returnable.
3. The 14-day return period has passed.

In order to return a product you have purchased through the Jinius Marketplace, what you need to do is:

1. Log into you Jinius Marketplace account.
2. Hover over your name in the top-right corner, then click on "My account".
3. Click on "Orders & Returns", then find the order that contains the item you want to return and press the "Return" option.
4. Select the checkbox next to each item that you want to return and also make sure to select the reason for the return from the drop-down menu, then press "Submit".
5. If your order was fulfilled by Jinius, once you complete the steps above, we will generate 2 files: The Waybill and a Return Slip. Print these 2 files.
6. Once you have printed the Waybill and the Return Slip, take it to the nearest ACS Store along with the product(s) you want to return.Make sure the Return Slip is placed inside the ACS package along with the item(s) you are returning. ACS will keep the Waybill. Important: Please request a receipt from the ACS employee as proof that you have sent the package.
7. If the order was fulfilled by the shop, please follow the instructions on the screen.

Jinius covers the cost of Return shipping.

The 14-day period starts:

1. From the day on which you receive the Product; or
2. In the case of multiple Products in one order delivered separately, from the day on which you receive the Product you would like to return; or
3. In the case of delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you receive the last lot or piece of the Product; or
4. In the case of a contract for regular delivery of goods during a defined period of time, from the day on which you receive the first Product.
