Returns and exchanges: You are allowed to return your order back to us within 15 days since the day you received your order and exchange with products at the same value. Alternatively we can send you a voucher at the same value to be used for other products on our website or visit our store. Please note that in order to accept the return, the products must be in their original packaging and condition and not be used or damaged. When 15 days post the order are elapsed, the return will not be accepted.
