<p>Returns and Refunds:</p> <p>1.1. Damaged or Defective Products:</p> <p>a. If you receive a damaged or defective product from pcincyprus.com, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product.</p> <p>b. Provide detailed information about the damage or defect, and if possible, include supporting photographs.</p> <p>c. Once we verify the issue, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.</p> <p>d. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and, if the damage or defect is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or issue a refund, according to your preference.</p> <p>e. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.</p> <p>1.2. Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:</p> <p>a. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from pcincyprus.com and wish to return it, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product.</p> <p>b. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for products with opened boxes.</p> <p>c. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.</p> <p>d. Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation of its condition, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees.</p> <p>e. For returned products, we offer store credit only. Please note that the store credit cannot be used for future purchases and is non-transferable.</p> <p>f.
