Zinc citrate is the trace element zinc in citrate form. Zinc is found in every organ, including the skin, retina and prostate in men. Supports normal metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Participates in the maintenance of life tone, naturally strengthens immunity. It has a beneficial effect on hair, nails and skin, helping with acne and dermatitis.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with meal.

Zinc citrate 90 mg.

Gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose.
