Bulgarian Black clay has a very strong effect for cleansing the body. It contains a lot of silicon, magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium, sodium, zinc and other minerals. It is recommended for skin that suffers from acne, blackheads, inflammations, as well as allergic rashes. Tightens pores and normalizes the function of sebaceous glands. It is also known for purifying blood and lymph.
For centuries, Black clay has been used in cosmetic procedures for weight loss. Baths with it can not only correct excess weight, but also strengthen the immune system, have a tonic effect, improve sleep and mood.
It is used in the form of masks for face and hair, as well as for healing baths with Clay's water. Before use, it is desirable to stand in the sun for a few days. It is important to know that black clay is neither lye nor Black Sea mud. It is another type of substance with its own specific characteristics and healing properties.

HOW TO USE:
Face masks with clay and water
On its own, the hummus is enough to prepare your cleansing and Firming Face Mask. Mix a tablespoon of Huma with clean, warm, but not hot water to a homogeneous mixture, which should not be too thick (because it will be difficult to spread all over the face) or too sparse (so as not to run). After applying the mask, wait 10-15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. If desired, you can add essential oil to the mask, suitable for oily skin.
Healing bath with Black clay
For this purpose, you will need a larger amount of clay (about 2 kg.), which is poured into a bath of warm water. Stay in the water until it is completely cold. The body is then rinsed. A bath of clay will help both your skin on the outside and your body on the inside to release the stress accumulated from daily activities. It will purify the pores and remove excess fluids and toxins from the lymph and deep layers of the dermis.
