If you suffer from a disease of the gastrointestinal tract, heart, liver or kidneys, it is necessary to consult your doctor before starting using this medicine, as the possibility of ingestion of ibutgrofen into the blood can not be completely excluded, despite its application to the skin.

It is advisable to avoid excessive exposure of the treated skin area to sunlight in order to avoid the possibility of developing photosensitivity.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction

When applied to the skin, ibuprofen is minimally absorbed into the blood, therefore interactions with other medicines are unlikely.

When co-administered with other medicines in the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, pain relievers or temperature lowering agents, the risk of developing adverse reactions increases.

Co-administration with acetylsalicylic acid or corticosteroids increases the risk of gastrointestinal complications.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may interact with medicines that lower blood pressure and may enhance the action of anticoagulants (medicines that reduce blood clotting), although the possibility of this happening with topical administration is extremely small.
